Terms and Conditions:
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all products in our store. By agreeing to place an order, you accept to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We do not accept any other policies that fall outside the scope of our policy or from other stores.
We facilitate returns within 30 days of your purchase, as long as the product is in original, unused condition and has all tags attached.
No returns for items that were shipped correctly:
Exact items as ordered by the customer will not be returned. This includes:
The size is appropriate.
It's the right color.
The amount is accurate.
The item is just as described.
Additionally, the following reasons will not be accepted for returns:
Refuse to accept the order without a valid reason.
The customer no longer likes the product.
Ordered the wrong product, but the product has been delivered.
Size chart and product description:
We provide detailed size charts and specifications for each product in our store. It is the customer's responsibility to check these specifications before placing an order. We recommend that you review the size chart carefully to avoid sizing issues.
Products that are too tight or too loose will not be accepted for returns if we have sent the correct size and specifications that you ordered.
Color difference:
Please note that colors may vary slightly due to different monitor settings. This is not a valid reason for returns. We encourage customers to review the product images carefully.
Notice Regarding Non-Authentic or Replica Products:
All items labeled as "fake" or "replica" are clearly shown in the product description. When purchasing these items, you confirm that you understand they are not authentic products. We do not accept returns based on complaints about counterfeit goods.
Replacement and Return Policy:
1. Replacement Products:
In cases of defective or damaged products, our priority is to send a replacement product before proceeding with a refund.
Replacement products will be quality-checked, carefully packaged, and completely free of charge if the issue is on our end or the manufacturer’s fault.
Replacements will be sent as soon as the request is confirmed.
2. Return Acceptance for the Following Cases:
Defective product: If the received product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., missing parts, functionality issues).
Product damaged during shipping: If the product was damaged during transit (e.g., scratches, cracks), please take a photo and submit it with your return request within 7 days of receiving the item.
3. Return Process:
Contact Us: Email us at support@vanders.store and provide a detailed description of the problem.
Attach photos: Include photos of the product showing any defect or damage.
Return Guidelines: If your return request is approved, we will give you guidelines on how to send the item back.
Return Period: Within seven business days of receiving the returned item, we will examine it and provide a refund. Your account will be credited with the refund using the original payment method.
Shipping Costs: We will cover shipping costs if the return is due to our error or the product was damaged during shipping. Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer if the problem is not reported within the specified time.
4. Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your order after confirmation, contact support@vanders.store. You will not incur any loss from the cancellation, and it can be done without any costs.
